The Chisholm TAFE Frankston Redevelopment (FCRP) Stage 2 Main Works project involved the design and construction of a 9,600m² Student Experience Centre at Chisholm TAFE’s Frankston campus. The new facility included bespoke learning hubs spread across three levels, all centered around a large atrium within the building.

Heritage Glass was engaged to design, supply, and install the curtain wall and window wall systems for the new Chisholm TAFE training facility in Frankston, Victoria. This project forms part of Stage 2 of a major $151.1 million campus redevelopment, aimed at transforming the precinct into a vibrant hub for education and innovation.

The architectural design features a striking curtain wall façade that enhances natural light, modernizes the building’s appearance, and reinforces its role as a “destination” facility within the Frankston Learning and Innovation Precinct. The glazing systems were carefully integrated to complement the surrounding structures and elevate the campus’s visibility and identity.
