Melbourne Quarter Tower (MQT)

As one of Melbourne’s most notable commercial developments of the year, MQT rises to an impressive 426 feet, making it the tallest of the five mixed-use towers within the precinct. Its commanding height transforms the city’s skyline, offering sweeping views across the CBD and toward the shimmering expanse of Port Phillip Bay.

In partnership with Wood Bagot and Lendlease, Heritage Glass took on a multifaceted scope, designing, engineering, and installing a suite of bespoke glazing elements that elevate both form and function. This included an architecturally striking wind veil, sleek podium glazing, distinctive triangular skylights, frameless balustrades, shopfront frame and cladding and precision-engineered lift glazing—each element seamlessly integrated to enhance the building’s visual identity and performance.
